Alexandria, VA, (February 22, 2024): Negative Population Growth, Inc. (NPG), a leading national organization advocating for responsible population policies, has announced the release of a thought-provoking new Forum paper by Dr. Karen I. Shragg, titled “Strictly Accountable: A Call for the Tough Love of Real Solutions.”
