An open letter to America’s Elected Leaders!
STICK TO THE BASICS TO PROTECT AMERICA FROM THE DESTRUCTION CAUSED BY OVERPOPULATION!

To: The 117th Congress
From: The Members of Negative Population Growth
We demand that you “stick to the basics” of America’s overpopulation problem as you work to bring relief to America’s suffering cities and citizens. The course ahead has been established by your predecessors and now it’s up to you to act quickly by focusing on the following basic issues causing overpopulation:

1. Sponsor legal immigration so we return the fairness and equality to becoming an American citizen. NPG supports legal immigration of no more
   than 200,000 per year.
2. Halt illegal immigration by taking the issue of securing our borders seriously. Sponsor legislation that more accurately detects visa abuse, enforce
   E-Verification and curb amnesty handouts. You must not swing open our borders and let in throngs of illegal immigrants.
3. Guard our national resources by adopting an official U.S. population policy that’s designed to slow, halt, and eventually reverse population
   growth. Our natural resources are running out because we have too many people depending on them.
4. Halt climate destruction by enforcing responsible immigration policies which dramatically reduce our annual emissions. If America rejoins the
   Paris Agreement, we must have our own house in order to be taken seriously on the world stage.
5. Encourage smaller families by providing tax incentives for parents of two or fewer children. Having smaller American families doesn’t mean our
   nation is any less great – it only means that we have more room and resources so the families we do have are healthy, have access to educational
   programs and reduce the drain on social services.

BY REVERSING THE DAMAGING EFFECTS OF OVERPOPULATION, YOU BRING RELIEF TO AMERICA’S SUFFERING CITIES AND CITIZENS
