OPEN APPEAL TO THE 116TH CONGRESS

KEEP YOUR EYES ON THE BALL, CONGRESS!

IN ORDER TO SOLVE OUR NATION’S MANY PROBLEMS
YOU MUST FIRST ACT TO REDUCE AMERICA’S POPULATION.

Dear Representative:

America is bursting at the seams, just as we warned, and it is because Congress has dropped the ball in its responsibility to prevent the dangers of overpopulation on our environment, resources, and standard of living.

For decades, the thousands of members and supporters of Negative Population Growth, Inc. have called for programs designed to slow, halt, and eventually reverse population growth. Keep your eyes on the ball, Congress – Americans are being forced to survive rather than thrive.

Here’s what needs to be done immediately …

REDUCE LEGAL IMMIGRATION: Congress must make becoming an American meaningful again by passing the Birthright Citizenship Act (H.R.140). Stop tripling immigration by eliminating the visa lottery and the categories for extended families. Accept that DACA is not sustainable in the long-term and prioritize permanent legislative solutions to how America manages under-age immigrants.

HALT ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION: Congress must take securing our borders seriously and make government do its job by better detecting visa abuse, enforcing E-Verify and curbing amnesty handouts. Face facts Congress, you are wasting approximately $132 billion annually by your lack of sensible immigration reform.

GUARD OUR NATURAL RESOURCES: Adopt an official U.S. population policy designed to slow, halt and eventually reverse our population growth. America is growing by millions of people each year – our natural resources are running out because we simply have too many people.

STOP CLIMATE DESTRUCTION: U.S. population growth is the most important factor in CO2 emissions – Congress must enforce responsible immigration policies which will reduce our population levels and ultimately reduce our annual emissions.

PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE SMALLER FAMILIES: Congress must encourage smart family planning by providing tax incentives for parents of two or fewer children. As a nation, we must also provide family planning information and supplies to all who wish to receive them.

Negative Population Growth stands by these sound recommendations – no more excuses or delays are acceptable.Congress must act now to ease America’s pain in this time of extreme crisis.
