EARTH DAY 2019
ENVIRONMENTAL MESSAGE TO AMERICA
THERE’S MORE TO WORRY ABOUT THAN CLIMATE CHANGE!
While concerned citizens across the U.S. and around the world work hard to head-off the dangerous impact of global warming and climate change, we cannot – we must not – ignore the concurrent crisis of TOO MANY PEOPLE.
America’s population now stands at more than 328 million people. Fed by out-of-control immigration, it is growing at the alarming rate of almost 30,000,000 people per decade (close to the population of Texas). The U.S. Census Bureau projects that our nation’s population will exceed 400 million people by 2060 if we do nothing to stop this trend. That’s simply TOO MANY PEOPLE.
Negative Population Growth has worked for 47 years to get America’s leaders and citizens to understand that TOO MANY PEOPLE translates into:
- Increasingly-limited water supplies that are vital for individuals, agriculture and business;
- Constant urban sprawl, massive traffic jams, overcrowded schools and hospitals, and more
competition for jobs and affordable housing; - Loss of farmland and green space; and
- Continued destruction of fragile wildlife habitats and wetlands.
We cannot ignore the growing crisis of TOO MANY PEOPLE. This is not a problem that can be solved by technological solutions. It falls to every American to speak up, demand responsible population policies, and leave future generations with a livable world.

TRULY SUSTAINABLE, U.S. POPULATION
